Who Am I?

Alex Celico is an emerging filmmaker and storyteller based in Rhode Island. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a minor in Film Studies at Rhode Island College (RIC), class of 2026, he is actively involved in various creative endeavors.

At RIC, he serves as the Vice-President and Film Creator at Anchor TV, the Local Bands Music Director at 90.7 WXIN, and a Graphic Comic Artist at the Anchor Newspaper. Through his production company, Celico Film Productions, Alex has directed and produced several short films.

Notable works include Sleepwalker (2025), a psychological crime thriller, Yip-Yip and the Christmas Gift, a heartwarming puppetry-centric holiday short, and Synesthesia (2025), a one-minute music film. His creative process often emphasizes storytelling that resonates on a personal level, blending cinematic visuals with authentic narratives.

Alex also composes the music for all of his short films, combining his love of music and film.
